Most of what I ship is vibecoded — AI agents do the typing, I supply the taste and direction. I tell them what to build with my voice, then review the diff.

The rule is minimalism: the fewest lines that solve the problem, tiny PRs, tiny commits. If the diff is big, the plan was wrong.
